1. Can you provide samples? How can I get a sample to check your quality?  

 We always provide free samples for customers all over the world. You only need to pay the freight to us. Old customers will receive free samples. We send sample by express

2.Can you provide OEM products?

We offer mold-making services to all our customers. Customers can send us design documents or samples,  and then we make the molds.

 3.Are you in stock?  

No , We are a custom manufacturer. 

4.Where is your company and loading port?

Guangzhou , China.  Guangzhou Port.  

5.What kind of files do you accept ? 

CDR、AI and PDF format file. 

6.Are you a manufactuer or trading company? 

I am a manufactuer. 

7.How about your printing services?

We usually offer screen printing and hot stamping. Printing samples will be sent to customers  for confirmation before mass production.

8.What is your minimum order quantity(MOQ)?

For solid white or transparent bottles, the MOQ is 5,000 pieces. For bottles with customized colors, the MOQis 10,000 pieces. For the bottle shapes   of regular circulation styles, if there is inventory available,  we can accept small quantity orders.

9.How long is the delivery time? 

Due to different order quantities, the fastest delivery time after the sample is confirmed and the deposit is received is 10 days.

10.What is your terms of delivery?  

 EXW , FOB, CNF , CIF,DDP , DDU

11.How to make the payment? 

Our payment terms are 50% deposit and 50% payment before shipment. If the order amount is small,  we will require full payment to save on bank handling fees.

12.How to ensure the quality of the bottles?

We have quality inspectors in each production process, and they will be responsible for the quality of the bottles.Secondly, customers can conduct re-checks and random inspections after the goods are shipped.

13.Do you provide delivery service?

We have reliable shipping agents in Guangzhou, and customers can choose sea freight, air freight or express delivery services.

14.What else can we do for our customers?

Some customers may need labeling services, and we can provide them with reliable suppliers.Some customers want to make boxes，we are also willing to offer help。We provide friendly suggestions, and the customers will make the final decision on their own.
